The ONE THING Tangerine Serum is a functional serum with original Tangerine Peels, Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid to add brighten and tone uneven skin and pigmentation. After using toner, take an appropriate amount of serum, apply it on your face and tap lightly to let it absorb.

You can use it instead of toner if your skin feels especially dry.
